Doesn’t work with Zoho email plugin

  • Hello,

    Zoho Email plugin is a plugin that take all email content sent through wp_email() and send emails with zoho smtp server.

    However, with that plugin enabled, all your template html is totally removed and not included in the final email !!

    So do you have any idea what could cause this in your plugin or in Zoho email plugin?

    A filter or action with a bad priority, Zoho email doesn’t get the html message from your plugin and get directly the one in the wp_mail() function…

    What is the plugin? do you have the url to download?

    wp_mail() takes the template of our plugin and sent it through Zoho smtp. They are process differents.

    Do you have any idea what can cause the html from your plugin to not be sent using Zoho mail plugin ?

    Zoho support checked and there is no problem with their plugin…

    Hi.

    We’re sorry but we do not have a test domain now to test this plugin.

    We tried with an .org domain that we had but it gives us an error because this one is not in the list of allowed domains

    Maybe it could be useful for you to look at the php code inside the plugin and see if something could be interfering with your plugin?
