Doesn't work w/Thrive Content Builder

I have this plugin installed on a site that has all of it’s pages built with Thrive Content Builder. The plugin status shows:
No broken links found.
No URLs in the work queue.
No links detected.I played with the settings, tried the “Nuclear” “Recheck all pages” option, all to no avail. Is there any way to get it work with Thrive Content Builder?
