• I’ve bought the most expensive version “Platinum”. Since i’ve installed this plugin i can’t work properly. I spent my time to sent emails to the support for a lot of bugs.
    Their Albums Add-on Version 1.2.5.0 has crashed my website. I don’t manage to update another plugin of their.
    1-The Lightroom plugin is creating a new version of the image on the server each time you have modified it and have republished it.
    2- The Lightroom plugin doesn’t transmit the basic photo’s informations such Title, Alt Title, Caption and keyword as it’s done by the basic plugin WP/LR sync
    3 – The Lightroom plugin doesn’t work with accented letter
    4 – The plugin doesn’t work properly if you setup your media folder in a sub-domain to improve the cache and have a cookies less subdomain
    –> Thumbnail doesn’t appear in the Lightbox
    They don’t support the subdomain setup
    5-The plugin Image protection doesn’t work. And it’s not yet fixed!

    When you create an issue ticket you can’t attache file so the support send you a request to have more information about the issue. How to waist more time?
    They are not reactive!
    I’m really disappointed!

  • I’m sorry that you felt the need to leave such a negative review on our free plugin, when the issues you’ve raised relate to the Premium version.

    In answer to your issues:

    0. Albums Addon works. “Crash” is generic, and we’ve repeatedly, politely asked for more details so we can resolve this for you. I’m still waiting for these.

    Hi,
    0- I sent you the error message and gave you the access to my wordpress to reproduced the issue. What should i had to do more?

    1- The 9th march i received an email telling me

    We pushed out an update to the Lightroom Addon to address the filename issue; please update Lightroom Addon to version 1.0.3 and check that it resolves the issue.
    For the Lightroom Caption and Title data, this too was addressed in the update for version 1.0.3; please update to this version and check that the issue is resolved. If it persists please provide steps we can take to reproduce the issue.”
    I tested it and unfortunately the points 1, 2 and 3 were not yet working.

    The issue n°5 had been created the 13th February. I explain you as using the key Cmd or Ctrl i was able to open the picture in a new window. For me it’s not a protection even if the right click is disable.

    For the point 6 that you set up after my request the first time i tried to used it i had get an error message that i sent you by email. Now it’s working!

    I’m sure your plugin could be a really good one. But i spent 3 weeks trying to get a real functional version to use it and be able putting my website in production but it was not working. I was full stop and i fall behind!
