Dog or Cat Breeders and Seller

hi all Im looking for a plugin and and theme to use for a person that sells dogs or cats. I think a cart would be ok but would not need something with eCommerce. I have not found anything that has already been done. I want to be able to list dogs and puppies for sell but not use any payment system on the website. If anybody know or seen anything like this please reply.
