Doing Basic Math on Contact Form 7

I am trying to create a self assessment form using Contact Form 7, whereby the user will rate themselves from 1 to 3, after answering the various questions, I would like to take those values and do some simple addition and multiplication in the Message Body, so the numbers themselves shows up in the Message Body instead of the intended math result.

Is there a way to make Contact Form 7 do simple mathematical calculations upon submission?
