    The dashboard page must be created with the proper shortcode and set properly on the Dokan settings page. Here is the documentation of the detail. Please follow every step and the page will work fine

    Set the mentioned as well :

    The store URL setup: Dokan allows having multiple stores so the store URL format must be the same. The setup should be as given on the screenshot.

    Permalinks: The Permalink structure is Dokan is very specific and you need to set them accordingly

    but only the coupons tab – show 404 page not found… ??

    Please make sure to set the dashboard on the wp-admin–>Dokan–>Settings–>page settings–>dashboard
    There must be only one page with he shortcode [dokan-dashboard]
    In case the setup is right and the issue remains, let us know

    Hi
    After deactivating all plugins and leaving only dokan and woocommerce, I discovered the issue was the plugin, “Theme my login”
    So now I have a working dashboard.
    Dokan and Thememylogin are not compatible
    Thanks for the attention. Really appreciate.

    We are glad to know that you have found the problem. We actually try our best to be compatible with all plugins but sometimes we have no other choice but asking to deactivate the non-compatible plugin.
