    I’d like to bring to your attention an issue I’ve encountered while working on our development site. While the overall progress has been smooth, I’ve encountered a specific challenge.

    We’re utilizing the Dokan plugin, and one of its crucial features is the “Enable Selling” option. This feature allows newly registered vendors to commence selling immediately upon their registration on the website. However, I’ve identified an issue – this option is not functioning as expected when I, as a vendor, attempted to use it. I’ve diligently explored potential solutions to troubleshoot this matter and determined that the DIGITS plugin may be the source of the conflict.

    Upon deactivating the DIGITS plugin, the “Auto Selling” option operates correctly. Given the importance of this feature, it is essential that it functions seamlessly.

    I kindly request your assistance in accessing the website and helping us address this issue. Your guidance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated, as we strive to ensure the optimal performance of our website.

    Hi @ameerhumza24,

    I believe you are referring to the plugin mentioned in this link. At this moment an official integration with the Digits plugin is unavailable by default. If you want to integrate it with Dokan, it will require proper customization.

    According to support policy, we are unable to provide our users with a custom solution. I hope this explains the scope of our support.

    However, I can see they are advertising their plugin to be compatible with Dokan as shown in this screenshot. In this scenario, I would recommend contacting them in this regard.
