    i am using dokan lite plugin

    i was setting it up created a vendor and a customer account to test everything.

    uploaded test products and when i try to order as a customer the orders only apear in woocommerce and not in vendor dashboard in dokan.

    i am hosted on bluehost and i tried to clear cache, disable most of the the plugins still not showing.

    It looks like there might be a conflict between the Dokan and the site theme or another plugin. To troubleshoot this, please try the below-described steps.

    • Please deactivate all plugins except the Dokan and WooCommerce.

    If the above method doesn’t resolve your problem, go for the next.

    • Switched to any default theme like Twenty Twenty or Storefront.
    • Clear your site cache as well as the browser cache and try the process again.

    You can follow this third-party article to trace the conflict.

    If the problem gets resolved, it can be said that there’s a conflicting theme or plugin on your site.

    thanks i solved it, thr issue was with the theme i used , i used the dokan pro theme everything works fine.

    now am having another issue which i opened a ticket with at wedevs.

    I purchased the dokan pro and installed it, the problem is when activating the pro license it says invalid license.

    tried to uninstall and reinstall everything still the same issue.

    i created a user of WP with the same email i purchased the license and tryed still invalid.

To verify the theme information accurately, kindly follow this path: WP Dashboard > Appearance > Themes. This will confirm the active theme on your site.

    i think i didn’t explain that well. But all good need to wait for wedev team to reply to solve the license issue.

    i’m having the same issue, when a customer place an order the order show in the WooCommerce panel but not in the vendor dashboard, the vendor even get a email notification about the order but the order won’t show on the vendor dashboard until i update or make changes to the other status in the WooCommerce panel

    i resolved this issue by changing the theme, the theme i chose before doesn’t support dokan’s workflow i recommend using blocksy theme or a dokan built theme
