• I am using the Dokan Multi Vendor plugin. When I specify a standard email address e.g [email protected] for Processing Orders in WC Multiple Email Recipients the email goes through fine. When I however use the dokan email variable [email protected] the email is not received since WC Multiple Email Recipients sees it as an invalid email address. is there a way to specify the vendor of the product email address in the format “[email protected]” which Dokan uses to send an email to the vendor when I change an order to Processing status ?

    Hi there,

When I however use the dokan email variable

Thanks for the concise description. It sounds to me your analysis is correct since my plugin declares no support for Dokan it does not recognise any mail variables and therefore the email is invalid.

is there a way to specify the vendor of the product email address in the format “[email protected]” which Dokan uses to send an email to the vendor when I change an order to Processing status ?

I think this will take custom coding, since the mail variable feature would have to get integrated in WC Multiple Email Recipients in order to work.

The best workaround I can think off is to use a general mailbox i.e. [email protected] and then setup mailbox rules for this email. An example rule would be “If subject / content of mail includes product name A, forward mail to vendor email A.”

    Kind regards,
