    Hello,

    I’m using Dokan Lite for my multi-vendor store and have encountered an issue with email notifications. When customers purchase from multiple vendors, only one vendor receives a notification about the sale, and this vendor can see all the order details, including products from other vendors. The other vendors don’t get any email.

    Has anyone else experienced this problem and knows how to fix it?

    Hi @bbwp90

    When a customer orders from multiple vendors on the same cart the individual vendor will receive an email notification by default.

    It looks like there might be a conflict between the Dokan and the site theme or another plugin. To troubleshoot this, please try the steps below.

    • Please deactivate all plugins except the Dokan, Dokan Vendor Dashboard, and WooCommerce.

    If the above method doesn’t resolve your problem, go for the next.

    • Switched to any default theme like Twenty Twenty or Storefront.
    • Clear your site cache as well as the browser cache and try the process again.

    You can follow this third-party article to trace the conflict.

    If the problem gets resolved, it can be said that there’s a conflicting theme or plugin on your site.

    Sorry, I need to correct myself.
    When a customer orders from two different vendors, neither vendor receives an email. However, when the order is placed with just one vendor, the email notification works fine.

    I’ve deactivated all the plugins, but still not working.
