DOKAN PRO – Display Vendor Store Name on WooCommerce Product Catalog

    Hello,

    We are subscribed to Dokan Pro on our still non-live website, just finishing up everything before making the site live.

    So, I am using Dokan Multivendor Pro Plugin, and WooCommerce shop, too.

    We would like to display Dokan Store Name below the product price on the store page (both product catalog and product single). I have already copied the “content-product.php” file from WooCommerce plugin to my child theme folder to override the settings, but I am so lost. I can usually find solutions on the internet about programming as I know nothing, but I cannot get any function found on the internet for this to work.

    I do not have the option to display vendor name or vendor store name from the Theme Customiser (which is Astra Child), so I believe I need code to do this.

    I would really appreciate if someone could help me out on this! ??

    If you want to show the vendor name in the single product page then that will require proper customization. For that, you can have a look at this third-party blog.

    To show the vendor name in the product thumbnail you can have a look at this third-party blog.

    Hello I want the opposite , mine is showing the Sold By Name – want to remove the name.

    I want to know and try everything and WeDevs cannot help me with this. Using Dokan multivendoror and Kuteshop theme. On my theme, all the products are showing ” Sold By Vendor” I remove sold by in Loco but the vendor name and the link are still showing. I want to remove/hide this from showing on my products. Don’t want the Sold By Vendor, only product name and price. I see this Sold By showing in woocommerce when I check with Loco.

    Hi @fransb555

    As you have mentioned that the functionality is coming from your theme’s end, I would recommend contacting your theme about removing the “Sold by” section.

    I believe that section could be hidden by using some custom CSS and your theme’s support is supposed to be able to provide you with that. But if you do not get support from them then you can share the page’s link where you need the assistance so that I can try to assist.
