    I’m using Dokan Rest API, when I request for stores, I get what I need. Unfortunately, when I request for products, I get a 401 even with the correct Authorization header.

    I opened called technical support more than 16 days ago and so far I haven’t gotten a position …

    I opened a new call today, did they miss the previous call?

    This shouldn’t have happened. The support team usually responds within 24 hours. We had some issues with our ticketing system recently and there is a chance they the team did not receive your message.
