    Hello there,
    I’m using Dokan plugin so user can create their own shop in my website.
    On 23 March I approved a Withdraw of 27,89€ to a vendor.
    It’s been 3 business days and the vendor didn’t receive it to his Paypal account

    If I go to Dokan>Withdraw I can see that I approved the withdraw.
    Status: approved, Method: Paypal and in Details it shows the Vendor Paypal account.

    It’s been 3 business days and theoretically it only takes 1.

    Could you help me please?

    It appears that you’ve correctly approved the withdrawal for the vendor and the status is showing as “approved” with PayPal as the payment method. However, with the WooCommerce PayPal payment method, the admin needs to manually transfer the withdrawal amount to the vendor’s PayPal account after approving the withdrawal status. This means that the automatic fund transfer functionality is unavailable when using the WooCommerce PayPal payment method.

    I recommend manually transferring the withdrawal amount to the vendor’s PayPal account to ensure the vendor receives their funds promptly.

    But what happened with the customer’s money?! The client paid 35 Euros for something in the website. Where are the 35 Euros from the client??!!

    What do you mean with manually transfering?

    Also, there are 8€ that are comission to me and I don’t even know how to send me this comission to me.

    Ok, turns out that I set up my shop with the Stripe plugin and everything is sent to my Stripe account.
    My bad.
