Dokan Vendor new order mail

    Hi all,
    i have a question regarding dokan and a new customer order. If a customer choose a not direct paying methode the vendor get’s it’s mail “new customer order mail” but the order status is still in “waiting position”. How is it possible to send a “new customer order mail” to the vendor only when the status is in “in process”?

    Thank you for reaching us.

    I have understood your requirement and it’s a good one. However, that cannot be achieved by default.

    You will need to modify the core plugin files. I’m adding the file path you can comment out line no.39 to stop triggering the email for on-hold notification,

    File Path: /wp-content/plugins/dokan-lite/includes/Emails/
File Name: VendorNewOrder.php

    I believe that will help.
