Dokan Withdrawal doesn’t work

    Hi there,

    The withdrawal options still won’t save, when I tick the boxes and press save, they uncheck themselfs immediately.

    Support told me it would be fixed on Dokan Lite 3.1.0 (or so) but it still isn’t. Can you guys help me out?

    This issue should be resolved if you had updated Dokan-lite to v3.1.2. However, for your current version you need to apply the below fix –

    I sincerely apologize that you had faced some trouble using our Dokan plugin. You’ve mentioned that the Withdraw option is not working.

    Please follow these steps properly:

    First Step: Visit the following directory – wp-content\plugins\dokan-lite\includes\Admin.
    Open the Settings.php file with a text editor.

    Second Step: Rename the withdraw_methods to withdraw_method_new (https://prnt.sc/vz6om8) and save the file.

    Third Step: Refresh the Withdraw Options page of the Dokan > Settings.

    Then rename again withdraw_method_new to withdraw_methods and save the file.
