  • Hey there, @infoschuhbus! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

But nothing shows up on the woocommerce.com Site Can u assist me with that please?

Can you please share the steps you took to connect it?

Did you go to https://woocommerce.com/my-account/my-stores/ and select connect a store?

Can you share a screenshot of what you see when you do that so we can take a look?
I recommend using https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hi There

I am answering from a device, where i can’t do that. If i enter my WP backend, i am able to go on WooCommerce abonaments. From there i can klick on your account and enter the WooCommerce.com site on my correct account that i have used for sb-safety too. I also can open it normal with using the url woocommerce.com. if i go to my Store i have no Store connected, because i deleted the connection to the old domain. If i click on connect a store, my wp-login page shows up. If i log in i land on the wordpress backend dashboard.

Do u still need a screenshot?

    Best regards

    Hi @infoschuhbus

From your explanation, it seems like you’re doing everything correctly. After clicking “Connect a Store,” you should be redirected to your WordPress login page. After logging in, you should be redirected back to WooCommerce.com with your store connected.

If you’re not seeing this, it could be due to a cache or cookie issue. Here are a few steps to try:

    1. Clear your browser cache and cookies.
    2. Try connecting your store in an incognito or private browsing window.
    3. Try using a different browser.

If none of these steps work, then please contact us at Woo.com > My Account > Support.

Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

We will be able to help you further there. Thanks!

    Hello @infoschuhbus,

Thanks for updating us on this.

Please know that our team works hard to reply to the tickets quickly. But sometimes we have a bit of a backlog which can make the wait times a bit longer.

Could you please share the ticket number so that I can confirm we have received your support request?

    Thanks!
