Have u define a new url in wp-config.php?

We changed it directly in Elementor > Tools.

I actually access website via web browser, to be able to change these php files I have to download WordPress right?

No, WordPress is the software that runs the website. It’s hosted on a server provided by a hosting provider.

Essentially, WordPress is your apartment and your hosting provider is your landlord.

Your hosting provider is someone you pay monthly or yearly to host the site, and having access to your account there is just as important, if not more, than having access to your site.

anyone have any ideas in regards to accidentally creating a new login that deleted access to old login of WordPress account where our old website was hosted.

it’s almost like our old login was erased and we are unable to access it.
