Thanks for reaching out! Could you please confirm whether they are sending emails using the Easy WP SMTP authenticated email address? In case it helps, you can update the “from email address” and force that option as well.

Thanks for providing the additional information. It seems that the issue is specific to the Microsoft 365 email account.

To narrow down the issue, would it be possible to configure an alternative mailer temporarily, such as a Google mailer or any other mailer?

If you can send emails using another provider, then please get in touch with Microsoft support and they should be able to assist you further.

I did test with Google server. Setup a password etc. Exactly the same error, although settings was changed to now send as the google address, it still gave error that the main domain is not on allowed list. please see screenshots.
