    when doing test email – the Domain Check Results is red and empty – it does not say success or fail… I do get the test email but I think it affect other functions of my website (payments)

    Hi there @ron22,

    There may be an incompatibility with another plugin causing this. Try running a test email without any other plugins enabled to see if the Domain Check Results will populate. If it comes back and starts reporting correctly, you can turn the plugins back on one at a time, sending test emails in between, until the problem comes back. That should point out which plugin is interfering.

    Also, if you can let us know which mailer you’re using, that should help.
