Domain does not match API key

  • When trying to add a Docular API Domain Key to my website I keep getting this error:
    “Domain does not match API key”
    Even though I am using the IP address generated by Docular for the domain name when I generate the domain keys in my Docular account.

    Note that when I first attempted to register my domain key it worked, but then I logged out of word press and the next time I logged back in I found that my domain key was blank. So I tried to reuse the previous key and that didn’t work. I also noticed that the domain IP had changed so I tried generating new keys with the two new IPs and none of these attempts worked.

    What could be going wrong?
