• I have taken over for a former admin but when I login into WordPress (New Installation 4.3.1) our website is not visible. I am not software literate at all. I originally did the site in MS Frontpage years ago. I fell ill and someone else took over. I am better now and the person who took over is now too busy so I volunteered to admin the site. I only need to update pages for new events, church functions, new officers, etc. when I click pages there is nothing to do with our website. Please any help is a blessing. I haven’t a clue and we are an older church group trying to stay current. thank you.

Shouldn’t I see my homepage when I click on my web address in the uppermost left hand corner?

What do you see when you click that link? Even if your wordpress in installed on a sub folder or a test folder (IE: church.com/test you should still be able to see the main page of your wordpress site when you click that link. If your domain is pointing to a different location IE:root vs. your new wordpress directory then when you go to your domain name IE: church.com you will see your old files, not your new ones. How do you have wordpress installed – where is it installed in your file structure of your site? Do you have a link to your site we can view?
