Domain in tracking code includes folder

Hi, I just updated the plugin to v2.0 (using WordPress 3.8.1) and realized that my tracking code changed.

With v2.0: ga(‘create’, ‘UA-xxxxxxx-xx’, ‘domain.tld/wp-folder’)
Before: ga(‘create’, ‘UA-xxxxxxx-xx’, ‘domain.tld’)

Not sure it’s related, but my setup is as follows (as described in the WP Codex – Giving WordPress Its Own Directory):
– WordPress address (URL): https://domain.tld/folder
– Site address (URL): https://domain.tld
