    Hi!

    We are not able to connect to the website because of some generating Domain Key and connecting to QUIC.cloud service issues.

    No matter what we try, we just get this notice: “Request submitted. Please wait, then refresh the page to see approval notification.

    We have already Whitelisted the current online server IPs, we checked the /wp-json/litespeed/v1/token page, and server admin has allowed us higher cloud resources then before.

    Can you please check what is causing the issue and how can we resolve the issue?

    I think there is no real issue , in your screenshot you have CCSS and UCSS service running already

    I believe it is misinformation on that part , please try

    go to my.quic.cloud -> your site -> setting -> click “view domain key”

    you will see a string mixed by number and upper case letters , copy that

    then go to plugin’s General -> domain key , where it displays **** in your screenshot , paste it over and click “save”

    I can not access it at all. I do not see any domain connected to my account.

    I have tried creating the account for the website with Gmail, and later I thought maybe it can create an issue so I have created another account with the domain name in the email address. But, on the second thought, maybe that created some issue too. :-/

    So far the domain is not connected to any of the accounts, so I have nothing to see there.
