Domain Key approval

Hi!
We are not able to connect to the website because of some generating Domain Key and connecting to QUIC.cloud service issues.
No matter what we try, we just get this notice: “Request submitted. Please wait, then refresh the page to see approval notification.“
We have already Whitelisted the current online server IPs, we checked the /wp-json/litespeed/v1/token page, and server admin has allowed us higher cloud resources then before.
Can you please check what is causing the issue and how can we resolve the issue?
