domain key drama

    Hey there,

    I have about 30-40 websites on different servers. But there is just one site I just cannot get to retreive the domain key.

    I set it up the way I always do and it just won’t retrieve it?
    In fact there is a website on the same server which can retreive the domain key but this site just won’t do it.

    How can i trouble shoot this? Could it be the THEME?
    I have the PORTO theme enabled and this is a very intrusive theme but I can’t disable it lol…

  • Porto has not given me this issue, so can’t help there.

    Have you tried grabbing the domain key directly from QUIC cloud?

    Domain > Settings > tap “Having troubles connecting the LSCWP plugin with QUIC.cloud?” link to reveal the Domain Key.

    you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

    Because the domain has never been connected to litespeed i cant access that menu

    this site is under construction mode or something like that which also blocks the WP REST API call
