    Hi,

    I have one particular site which drops site key randomly. It’s been linked to my QUIC.cloud account but somehow started acting erratically. I’ve unlinked it from my account and tried v4.2 with no effect. With latest stable (3.8.4 I think) I was also seeing “Site not recognized” error.

    The site is hosted on LSWS and no other site that I manage on this hosting provider has similar problems.

    Any ideas what might be the reason for such behavior?

    Can you provide your report number? You can get it in Litespeed sidebar menu > Toolbox > Report > click “Send to Litespeed”.

    looks like the domain key generation with your site. Can you explain what does “domain key dropping” mean? Or can you provide a screenshot on the problem?

    Hi,

    by dropping I mean that it drops from “General” settings after some random time (ie. few hours) after being successfully assigned.

    When I click “Refresh domain key”, it’s being applied correctly and cloud services work fine but after an hour or so the key is being reset. It doesn’t persist.

    Hi,

    Does the site changed domain from something else before ? like a stage , test or dev domain into current domain ?

    or has this domain been used/registered as domain alias before in QC system ?

    No, there were no changes since the website inception like 2+ years ago. The only non-standard thing is it being configured with WPML and two domains (pl + com). But it’s been like this since the beginning.

    I don’t think it was aliased – I’ve tried adding com as an alias when the problems appeared but it didn’t do any good. I’ve also tried removing it from QC account and trying to use without the account but the problem persists.
