Domain License Transfer and Broken Template Issue

I haven’t been able to trigger a response from support email, so hoping I can raise some help here.
I sent an email from a few days ago regarding domain transfer. It will come from the email I have on file with this account.
Also, I appear to be having the same broken template issue, which you can see here: https://www.amcorplastics.com/downloads-manager/ , could you advise on how to fix?
