Once you have the domain map set up in WP then change your DNS to point to the WP install & add the domain to your webserver config.

    where should i change DNS

You do that where your DNS is hosted (ex. Godaady, NameCheap, etc.)

    where should i check wpinstall.

With most hosts you change your web server configuration in your web account control panel.

There are literally hundreds of web host control panels so I can’t provide detailed instructions. Ask your web host support how to park a domain.
