I have somewhat fixed it I think but am unsure if this is the right way.

I disabled the primary domain check so all domains will work on the selected blogs.

My thought was, for other websites with multiple domains in this network I can set a primary domain in my server settings aswell (just redirect non-site domains in the server-admin with a 301 redirect to the domain of choise (eg.. primary domain).
I would like an expert opinion on this sollution because I’m unsure if this will give the right results (also for SEO).

    FEATURE REQUEST:

As described at the bottom of my latest post here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/different-domains-and-multisite

Would it be possible to select the optio “Disable primary domain check” for each separate blog? I think that would fix this issue :).

Maybe its possible to change the selectbox of this option in to a multiselect dropdown.

    Example options:
    all|All Blogs (default)
    1|Blog 1
    2|Blog 2
    etc

    Let me know!

    1|Blog 1
    2|Blog 2
    etc

There are people using this plugin in installs with 50,000+ sites. Listing all sites on an admin screen is not practical.

Wow ok, yes that is not practical indeed. Maybe an other sollution? In the blog settings for example?

You could write a plugin to do that. Domain mapping is in process of being added to WP core. We are not adding an new features to the plugin.
