Domain name does not match the actual domain

I recieve this message after using the Reset CDN option and trying to list distributions. “Domain name does not match the actual domain” not sure what to do but have confirmed all permissions and domains match, the only thing that changed was I clicked Reset cause I was missing a few files, so in theory it should have been able to clear and then setup again as it was before.
