domain name domination

since i have started my blog a large commercial company has appeared running guided tours in the same topic that my blog is about.( i talk about getting started and the gear.. they are just running trips) Their company name is the same is my blog name with the exception of the suffix .com, where as mine is .nz

When i first started my blog searching the topic would always show my blog, now its totally dominated by the commerical.com site.

i have submitted a site map to google and had my site crawled..but nothing changes…

any tips for getting my results back in the search results?
