domain name problems.

i started this dicussion over at wordpress.com but they told me to ask here.

basically because my domain https://www.headphonedeals.com violated a TOS on wordpress.com, it won’t work on www.ads-software.com.

i got a webhosting accouint at https://www.hostgator.com and tried https://www.headphonedeals.com via fantastico in the cpanel, and it told me that headphonedeals has violated a TOS. O.K>

i’ve registered a new domian, but i want to redirect https://www.headphonedeals.com to my new domain name or is that an issue i need to take up with my webhost (hostgator)???
