Domain named change now site is suspended

I just changed my domain name with my hosting site and with wordpress. Now when I try to login to wordpress it is redirecting me to a page with cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi at the end of it saying ‘Please contact support’

This is the only support page that I can find for wordpress. Please help me. This is my first attempt at building a web page and I am at a loss.
