domain not resolve

    my name is Abdul, I just installed your plugin
    I faced some major issues like it cannot connect with your extension
    it says “Domain not resolved. Please enter correct domain and secret key that you set in Dropshipping and Fulfillment for AliExpress and WooCommerce plugin”
    even I am 100% sure that I have entered this information accurate and also on the right-hand side it shows the error of domain not connected
    please help us with that
