    Hope you are fine today.

    I think you want a score-based rating, which will be out of 10. It will be a nice feature indeed.

    In ReviewX we use the default WooCommerce rating system, which is the star rating out of 5.

    We already have another two types of rating, like-dislike, and happy-sad face. We can consider your score-based rating as a new feature.

    In the plugin feature, we did not demand that we have a 10 score-based rating, it’s unfortunate for us that rather asking for a new feature request, you gave us 3-star ratings.

    I hope you will consider changing the rating.`
