Hi,

Truly appreciate your plugin and your knowledge base page! I am new to this, however, I have to two campaign products listed on my site. And for both of them, whenever the user selects the “Donate” button, the button redirects them to the site’s “Home” page and not to the “Checkout” page. May you please provide some suggestions of how to redirect the donations requests to the Checkout page? Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your help! I’m not exactly sure how, but your troubleshooting page helped once I followed the instructions and tinkered around. Super stoked!

One last troubleshooting help – For the Checkout page, is there a way to remove the the transparent Header or shift the Checkout page content down to sit below the transparent Header? Currently the transparent Header is overlayed directly on top of the Contribution Choose an Amount selections on the Checkout page, and it’s creating a congested/fake payment page look.

Hi Gisselle,

glad to hear that it’s working now.
The header design is set by your theme and most themes offer a way to disable the transparent header on certain pages. Alternatively you can edit the Checkout page and add a spacing element before the WooCommerce Checkout Gutenberg Block or Shortcode.
