Your idea of allowing customers to select a pet humane society for their donation is innovative and admirable. While we don’t have a specific plugin that can do all these things in one, you can certainly achieve this with a combination of plugins.

To enable customers to choose a charity, consider using the Donations for WooCommerce, Woo Donations or Donation Platform for WooCommerce plugin. It allows you to set up multiple charities, and customers can select which one they want to donate to at checkout.

For the second part of your question, the WooCommerce Print Invoices and Packing Lists or PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce plugin can automatically send a receipt to your customers. However, it’s important to note that this will include the full amount paid and not just the administration charge.

And, the direct payment to the selected society would require a custom solution as it involves transferring funds to a third party. You might need to consult with a developer for this feature.
