Donation amount blank in Paypal

  • Hi
    When I enter a donation amount and then press purchase the amount is set to zero, why?

    If you don’t enter a pledge amount and click the Purchase button it takes you straight to Paypal, so what is the point of pledging an amount in the first place? Or maybe something is not working properly.

    I am using a theme called Minimize and using Paypal Standard.

  • Hi Colin,

    The ‘Buy Now’ button won’t work, so you must use the ‘Add to Cart’ button. Otherwise, you will need to contact the Minimize theme developer.
