Donation Confirmation going to Junk folder

My donations are going through, and the donors are getting email receipts. However I have it set to send me confirmations that a donation went through, but the email is going to the junk folder. It is saying that the email account is not verified and thats why is always going to junk. Even when I move it from junk folder to inbox (which should fix future emails) its always going to junk. I want to know Im getting donations, so this needs to be resolved! Any help appreciated!
