Hello, thanks for what I believe will be a great plugin for us!

I’ve created my first Donation Form, but the image doesn’t show. I’m using a jpg image of 680×400 size. This page was actually made by editing the default donation page that the plugin created on install, but before editing, it didn’t display the default image shown in the admin either.

I’ve tried adjusting the image size, clearing site caches and the Give cache, having our caching system ignore the Give plugin, disabling various other plugins to search for conflicts, and adjusting the various items on the “Advanced” tab of the Give plugin. Nothing seems to help.

In the way of diagnosis, the image on the donation completion page displays correctly. I couldn’t find the issue elsewhere in the support topics. Thanks for the help!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I found the issue here. It appears to be related to lazy loading. Specifically, we use the EWWW plugin to do that. I haven’t tried a different lazy loader, but disabling lazy loading in the plugin fixes the issue.

Ideally, we’d like to have lazy loading active. I’m really not sure why lazy loading affects this particular image but not the one on the donation completion page.

If the issue can be confirmed with other lazy loaders, we’d love to see a solution to allow us to use this plugin with lazy loading active.

    Thanks again!

    Hello @newhopeyouth,

    Happy to clarify that!

When you use a lazyload plugin or a cache plugin, it may influence how the plugin works and prevent it from working properly. The best option, in this case, is to test each lazyloading plugin to see if it works with GiveWP.

Please let us know if you have further questions on this or need any additional assistance!
