Donation form step 4 Thank you not showing

    I am using Givewp, and implemented in elementor through short code. I tried multiple donation templates in test mode, but none of them are showing step 4 ( thank you message). While the donation is successful, it directly goes back to the first step of donation form instead of showing the step 4 thank you message. My form is still in testing mode, could anyone help on that, thanks.

    Hi, @felix789.

    I’m glad you reached out.

    Can you confirm you have a success page in place? You can see it under donations > settings > general > general > success page.

    If there is one, make sure it includes the give_receipt shortcode on it.

    If it still does not work, share a link to your site alongside your system info.

    Navigate to Donations –> Tools –> System Info (tab) and click the button to “Get System Report” and copy/paste that in your reply here. That will give me some more context to be able to help.
