• Dear Give Donation Team,
    i have old user, let say the user is “user01” with email “[email protected]”.
    admin delete this user from WP, with all data, include donation data.
    one day user01 register again with same user and email. (user01 and email [email protected])
    then user01 donate again after new register.
    but history is not shown at history page.
    and admin can see the donation is on th edonation list, only donor cant see the history. but new user with new email can see the history.
    how that happen?
    do you have any idea to solve the problem?

    Try going to their Donor Profile and see whether their donor profile is connected to the user profile with the same email address.

    But I’m also a bit confused because you said they deleted everything “including donation data”. So if they deleted the donation data, how is it still in the admin exactly?
