Donation Campaigns Not Working

    Hello,

    we are using this good and free plugin from 3 months for only crowdfunding, works greats. but now we have to add donation system in our website but when we are creating donation campaign and adding through shortcode on any page it shows whole(full) white blank page but after removing shortcode from page, page works and shows fine.

    I hope wp-fundraising-donation plugin team help us.

    In our development environment the shortcode is working fine as expected. Can you please change the theme to default theme or deactivate all the plugins except our plugin to see if the issue still persists? If yes, please open a support ticket at our support center. We will inspect the problem on your site and give you an update as soon as we can.

    Thanks For your replay as you said change the theme to default theme or deactivate all the plugins except our plugin. I only deactivated all plugins except donation plugin without changing theme checked on website now it works perfectly but after activating all plugins again it shows same error. now what to do?

    That’s progress! Now please activate all the plugins one by one to check which plugin is creating the issue or you can start checking your recent installed plugins one by one as you were using our plugin for last 3 months. Hope you will find the plugin which is creating the issue.

    Hello Benjir,

    we did as you told, activate all the plugins one by one to check which plugin is creating the issue, after this process we come to know that wp bakery page builder is creating issue so would you help us now what we have do ahead?
