    Hi ,

    I’ve added code to the “Donate from India” page, but I’m encountering some issues. When the code is added, the submenu under the header becomes invisible on this page, although it displays correctly on other pages.

    Additionally, when I add another product, the amount I’ve entered also shows up on that product. I intend to create an overseas donation page, but when I navigate back to the Indian donation page, both amounts are reflected there as well.

    Could you also help me with changing the currency for the overseas donation page? I’ve purchased a currency switcher, but it doesn’t seem to be affecting the code.

    Not sure why the donation form changes the header, I will investigate and come back to you.
    Regarding the products in the cart: Can you please check if you have disabled the option “Allow more than one product in cart” in the Donation Platform for Woocommerce settings?
    And regarding multi currency support: You can try using the plugin YayCurrency: https://www.wc-donation.com/documentation/integrations/use-multiple-currencies-currency-switcher/

    Hi lovepreetkaur09,

    it seems like the issue is caused by Elementor Pro Header builder. Could you please try to reach out to Elementor support? On the donation page the js asset nav-menu{…}.js is missing. Since Donation Platform for WooCommerce does not dequeue any javascript files it’s probably caused by something else.
    It also seems like this is some kind of common problem, you could also try to google “Elementor submenu items not showing”.

    Hi , can you please tell me how to add overseas payment in a shortcode , and also how to add a subscription? i want to add paypal and i need to change currency also

    Also I have already buy woocommerce subscription plugin , but according to your document I can’t see donor tab in product tabs

    I’m not sure what you are referring to exactly.

    You can follow the official WooCommerce documentation on how to configure payment gateways and how to set the currency of your shop.
