    Plugin has been installed since 5/26/16 and has processed $740 donations.

    The issue is the last transaction that has recorded as “complete” was on 9/17/16.

    Since 9/17/16 $275 of donations have “failed”. We have received the money… and the user is returned to the “success” page. However, the transaction is marked in the transaction list as “failed” and no donation receipt email is sent to either the donor or to our admin email. We only receive a note from PayPal.

    The transactions have the following error listed:

    Payment failed due to invalid purchase key in PayPal IPN

    Not sure why this is. Does this have something to do with a key? There are no API keys in settings. The user email address is associated with a PayPal account.

    Is your site running on SSL/HTTPS? PayPal has been updating it’s API to require SSL for all transactions, even with PayPal Standard.

    Let me know on that.
