Donation Receipt Email Show Wrong Donation Description

Many thanks for the description that you provided (and screenshots!) to reproduce the issue that you’re experiencing.

You ran into a bug that we’ve recently discovered. I added you as a voter for it in here — https://feedback.givewp.com/bug-reports/p/vfb-forms-donation-amount-description-defaulting-to-the-topmost-option-in-both-t.

As a workaround, you can remove the {donation} tag from your email templates for now. The {donation} tag contains both the form title and donation level description. You can use the {form_title} tag to only display the form title in your email templates. Please note that this is not a fix, and it is only a workaround while our developers work on this bug.
