    Hi there,

    If you attempted to view the Donation Receipt in a different browser than you originally made the purchase, or on a different machine then you will not be able to see the Donation Receipt page correctly.

    Further, caching can create problems with the Donation Receipt page. Make sure that whatever caching you might be using — either with a plugin or your server — is ignoring that page fully.
