Donation Registration

I am currently testing your plugin locally. One thing I have noticed is by using the charitable form shortcode, it gives a place for a user to login, and mentions if you do not have a user account, to just go through the process of making a donation. I then select my donation amount, enter in the required details (First Name, Last Name, Email Address) and then go through the process of paying for my donation using the PayPal gateway. Once I have been returned back to the site, I am taken to my receipt page, but never is my user account stored. Is this a default functionality of the plugin, or am I missing something with this? I would like for people to have the option to register their information while making their donation…or just give anonymously. Any clarification on my issue would be greatly appreciated.
