Donation tally didn’t update when donation manually changed

    I had to manually update a donation to add an additional $100 that gave us separately. The ED does not want another receipt to go out so I just updated the donation. The change seems to have taken on the back end. Everything reflects the additional $100, but the donation tally does not show the additional $100 that I added. Not sure how to make it add it in?

    Hi @tracy1314 — by “tally” I think you mean the goal progress bar that’s reflected on the form, right?

    The front-end of your site most likely has a lot of caching in one way or another. So the cache will expire on it’s own eventually and you’ll see it reflected anew. But if you want to force it to clear out, go to “Donations > Tools > Data” and use the recalculate donations tool.
