Donation Thank You Emails Incomplete

Hi, when I make a test donation the 1st part of the email message to the donor (myself) shows up fine, but the additional sections such as the text specifying that the donation was anonymous or that it was given in honor of someone do not show up, even though I checked the corresponding boxes when making the test donation. (The messages are set up in the email setup area of the plugin). The information all shows up in WordPress when I complete the transaction with PayPal, however, in the “Donors” and “Donations” pages of the plugin. Why is the notification email incomplete? Thanks for any help you can provide.
