Donation transactions remain in Pending Payment and don’t change to Completed

    Hello,
    I have installed the Donation for Woocommerce plugin with Redsys payment system. About 4 weeks ago the website began to give me errors and successful transactions remained in Pending Payment and didn’t change to Completed.

    At first I thought it was a problem with Redsys and the Let’s Encrypt certificate but after various adjustments with the Redsys team we verified that it wasn’t this, but a Woocommerce problem and since the error occurred only with donations, I think it’s something from the Donation for Woocommerce.

    Checking the server logs I have seen many notices like this one that I copy, which coincide with the time and day of a successful donation that didn’t change to Completed and remained as Pending payment:

    I updated the Donation for Woocommerce plugin which was at version 1.2.2 and now it’s at the latest version 2.2.1, and I have the updated WordPress and plugins. But the error continues. So I have the following questions:

    1. The thing to change woocommerce_add_order_item to woocommerce_new_order_item I imagine is solved in the latest version for Donation for Woocommerce, right?

    2. I’m using the Avada template, which uses thier own files:
    Avada/woocommerce/cart/cart.php,
    Avada/woocommerce/checkout/form-pay.php,
    Avada/woocommerce/checkout/review-order.php,
    Avada/woocommerce/checkout/thankyou.php,
    Avada/woocommerce/loop/loop-start.php,
    Avada/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/variable.php,
    Avada/woocommerce/single-product/short-description.php,
    Avada/woocommerce/single-product/tabs/additional-information.php,
    Avada/woocommerce/single-product/tabs/description.php

    Could any of these files have the problem? Should I replace them for the updated Woocommerce files?
